An off-the-shelf tool sets its own rules, and the company adapts its processes to fit it. A custom system is built around the company's existing business logic: roles, stages, documents and rules that already work.
When is custom development not needed?
If the task is generic and fully covered by an existing service, it usually makes more sense to configure and integrate that service. We say this openly and, in such cases, offer automation and integrations instead of building a new system.
Who owns the result?
After project delivery, the client receives access, source code, technical documentation and rights under the contract. MIVRON operates as an LLP, under contract, with invoicing and closing documents.
How much does building a system cost?
A corporate website — 800,000–1,400,000 KZT, a web platform or portal with accounts, roles and integrations — from 3,000,000 KZT. Digital system design — from 300,000 KZT and is credited toward further development.
