City Stay — web platform for an apart-hotel in Almaty
MIVRON delivered the City Stay digital platform end to end: a multilingual site presenting apartments and rates, an online booking journey, and a digital showcase of the property.
MIVRON's role in the project
The project was delivered for a client — an apart-hotel in Almaty. MIVRON was responsible for the digital platform: site structure, the apartment catalog, language versions and the booking journey. This is web development, not a separate line of work in the hospitality business.
What was needed
Present the property and its apartment categories so guests could compare rooms, understand the accommodation terms and move on to booking, including across different languages.
How the platform is structured
The main guest path: date and guest-count search → apartment categories → room page → booking. The property is additionally presented through a gallery, a 3D tour and service sections.

Room categories with floor area, capacity and description.
Accommodation pricing shown within the apartment category cards.
A form with check-in/check-out dates and number of guests.
A dedicated booking journey with a form and contact channels.
A virtual walkthrough of the apartments and common areas.
Separate URLs for the Russian, Kazakh, English and Chinese versions.
Coffee shop, business center, transfer, gallery, house rules, contacts.
Date search, catalog and booking work on smartphones.
