What the product is
FixBuild is developed by MIVRON as its own product: the company acts as product owner, system architect and developer at the same time. The product is built for companies running work on multiple sites at once.
What needed to be solved
When running several construction sites, a manager needs to see issues, owners, deadlines and current work status in one system — rather than gathering information manually from scattered sources.
How the solution is built
MIVRON developed a dedicated application that structures work issues and tasks by site, assigns owners, tracks deadlines, stores change history and provides a management view across projects.
